  • Can I make changes on my order after I submitted it?

    Hello there, Yes you can. If you need to change your order after you have placed it, you can email us at orders@agapebabies.com. We’ll try our best to make the modifications you requested, but please be reminded that they can only be made if we haven’t sent out your order for delivery yet.

  • Can I pay by Bank Transfer?

    Hi there, Yes you can! :) You can opt for the Hitpay option upon checkout. We also have 2 other payment methods available - Paypal & Shopify Payments.

  • Can I pay by credit card? Visa / MasterCard / AMEX?

  • Can I pre-order?

    Hello there, You don’t have to use the vouchers all at once, but you can if you want to. If you wish to use the value of your entire gift card on a single purchase, click the "Use Gift Card to Check Out" box on the shopping cart or checkout page, and enter the gift card code.

  • Do your store/gift credits expire?

    Hello there, No, our store/gift credits do not have an expiration date. You can use it anytime you wish! Please note that if you received a gift card from a friend, the gift card value is only valid for 1 year.

  • How can I use my voucher / coupon code?

  • How do I check my account gift card balance?
