I have received an incorrect / missing / defective item in my order, what should I do now?

Simply send us an email orders@agapebabies.com to let us know and we will do our best to rectify it!

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Name & Order ID
  • What's wrong? (i.e., incorrect order/missing item/defective product)
  • Product Name

Kindly note that if your "missing" item is from following brands, you will receive them in a separate parcel as they are sent separately from a different location. Kindly allow 3-5 working days for their arrival.
